On Wednesday, June 12, 2019, GMO Research officially signed an agreement with the Thunderbird School of Global Management to welcome MBA internship students. From June 17, 2019 onwards, GMO Research will accept intern students into their company.
Through the creation of this internship program, GMO Research aims to send a message to both prospective interns as well as its current employees about the importance of being globally competitive and prepared. It is programs like this that allow for a company to remain flexible and resilient to an ever changing industry, such as digital marketing and research.
Shinichi Hosokawa, GMO Research's Chief Executive Officer states that "We are at a critical point where our business's global reach is expanding with our capabilities to research in APAC countries. Consequently, it only feels natural to look to those in higher education institutions with backgrounds and cultures different to ours. We have two big goals ahead of us.
