Basic Philosophy
The philosophy behind GMO Research, Inc. (GMO Research) is “Engaging people around the world”.
Secure protection of GMO Research and customer information assets is important for individuals and companies to use our marketing solutions platform with peace of mind. Therefore, GMO Research has created the following Information Security Policy and is strengthening our information security based on this policy.
Policy
- Construction of an information security management system
We will establish a system which will carry out management and monitoring activities of all information security measures on a continual basis according to this policy. We will also constantly put forth efforts to gain trust from society.
- Compliance with laws and regulations
We will strictly adhere to all laws and other regulations including contractual matters pertaining to information security.
- Creation of regulations pertaining to information security
We will create regulations based on this policy and establish clear management techniques for handling all information assets.
- Proper information security measures
We will take proper measures on an organizational and technical basis in order to securely maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets.
- Education and training
We will provide education and training pertaining to information security on a regular basis to executives and all those who work at GMO Research. Regulations pertaining to the importance of an information security management system will be thoroughly notified to everyone. - Continual reviews and improvement
We will carry out reviews and improvements on a continual basis in order to securely operate our information security management system.
